About Us

Every Great Shooter Started as a Bad Shooter 

It started with two guys, Brock and Max, sitting around, frustrated with the same thing. Every firearm review they watched felt like a commercial wearing a review’s clothes. Polished, scripted, and a little too positive to actually trust. So they figured, why not just do it ourselves and say what we think? 

There is a real meaning behind the name. Nobody picks up a firearm for the first time and just knows what they are doing. We have all been there, fumbling a grip, flinching at recoil, wondering if we are doing this whole thing right. Every great shooter you have ever admired started exactly there, too. They just kept showing up.

That is really what this whole brand is built on.

Where We Started

We did not set out to build a media company. We just wanted honest answers. Is this pistol actually worth the money? Does this optic hold up, or does it fall apart the second you actually use it? We got tired of guessing based on spec sheets and sponsored opinions, so we started testing everything ourselves and talking about it the way you would talk to a buddy at the range, no filter, no script.

That turned into a YouTube channel. Then it turned into written reviews. Somewhere along the way, people started actually listening, and here we are.

Where We Are Headed

We are not trying to be the biggest name in firearms media overnight. We are trying to build something people actually trust, one honest review at a time. That means growing our YouTube community, putting together real training content, and eventually making it out to events like the SHOT Show to see what is coming next in the industry.

We will probably work with manufacturers along the way, too. But here is the thing, that never changes what we say on camera. Our opinions are ours. That is not up for negotiation.
